MY ORDER:

Check if it ended up in the spam folder. If you haven't received the order confirmation the day after a purchase, you can contact us at hello@wowbrow.com.

Send us a message at hello@wowbrow.com with your ordernumber, and we'll see if it's possible. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed, it's not possible.

Unfortunately, we can't add a product to an existing order.

Oh no! We're very sorry! Please send us an email at hello@wowbrow.com with a description of the issue and include a photo or video showing the problem with the product.

If you purchased your product from Lyko.no, Lyko.se, Vita.no, Blivakker.no, Cocopanda.se, or Åhlens.se and received a faulty item, please follow the respective retailer's complaint procedure.

Send us a message as quickly as possible at hello@wowbrow.com, and we'll check. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to return it.

You can, of course, return your order! You'll find all the information on how to do so here. Please note that the product must be returned in its unopened packaging for us to accept the return.

DELIVERY:

Our delivery time is 2–7 business days within the Nordic region.

All orders from 499,- is free from shipping.

For all orders within Norway and Sweden, custom and duties are included in the total at checkout.

Europe: Norway & Sweden.

Unfortunately we do not ship to any other countries at the moment.
